We are hearing wedding bells!!

My sweet cousin Kassi is going to be getting married on February 29, 2012!

She had a wonderful shower to kick off the wedding celebrations.

Kassi's colors are hot pink and black! Look at this adorable cake!

I had to take lots of pictures of the cake, because it was so cute!!!!

We also played the game were you make a wedding dress out of toilet paper. MeKell and I were on a team with 2 other lovely ladies and Emily was our beautiful model! She turned out so cute!

Kel made these too cute roses for detail on the dress!

Everyone at the shower voted. Miss Emily won and of course she being the sweetheart that she is was telling us how bad she felt that Kassi didn't win.

2011 has come and gone! What an exciting year we have had!
Josh being in his 3rd and 4th years of Medical School got lots of neat opportunities while doing different rotations; from delivering babies to stitching patients up after surgery.
I went to Cozumel, Mexico with Heather and Kaden Olsen!
I got to go to Girls Camp!
Josh turned 30!
Grandma & Grandpa Hatch stayed with us for few weeks!
We moved from a condo in Downtown Phoenix to Glendale, with Tom & Shirley.
Josh spent time working at hospitals in Tucson, Salt Lake City, UT, and Temple, TX.
We bought our first new car a 2011 Nissan Versa!
We found out in August that we are expecting our first baby!
Josh has been doing Residency interviews!
Josh & I both had Bull Elk tags this year! We didn't bag an elk, but had lots of fun! My sisters Ramsay and Alisyn and Josh's cousin, Jared all got cow elk this year though!!
We celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary!
Lots of other fun things happened this year, but these are some of the highlights....

The question now is are we ready for all the excitement of 2012?!?!!?
January we are having a 3D/4D ultrasound!
February I am having my baby shower and my cousin Kassi is getting married!
March it is National Match Day- we find out were we are going for Josh's residency!! Baby Tieman is due!
April settle in to life with baby!
May Josh Graduates!
Move sometime in May, June or July..... After that we will see what the year brings, but the first half is full of life changing events!!!!

The BIG 30!!!

So only 3 months late... Josh turned 30 this August! I just had to throw him a party... We did a crazy/funny/clever t-shirt party! We had a blast! We played a few games, had music from the year Josh was born and had great food! Brats and Burgers, and of course some of Josh's favorite Jones Sodas customized for him!

He created it for the orthopedic surgery club and it says on the back, "Cleaning up after Chuck Norris" and has the picture Josh drew of Chuck Norris break the arm and leg of a ninja! HAHA! Pretty Funny!

Jared was our Over-All Best T-shirt winner! And Becky definitely had Josh in mind when she made her shirt! I love it! Becky won most clever! Just wanted to let everyone know that she is not carrying Arnold's baby!

Due to several repeated request and complaints ;) I am updating this here blog! Believe me we have done plenty of things its just been crazy!

Many of you already know I was taken on a wonderful vacation with Heather and Kaden Olsen! We had such a good time in Cozumel, Mexico! Check out some of the pictures!

Science Center

Since we live in downtown Phoenix, and directly across 7th Street from the Arizona Science Center, I had to get a membership! And we have definitely gotten our monies worth. In fact, just last week we took some friends to Body World over there. It was so cool! Couldn't take pictures of that, but here is a bunch of pictures from random times I've been!

The girls all got to ride a bike on the tight rope. They were all scared and wouldn't tip sideways!

I think this turned out cool, I am not sure what Nat is doing, but it looks sweet!

Wood Cutting Trip and BEARIZONA

Every few year we do a wood cutting trip to stock the cabin up north! Its always a lot of FUN!

Summer Vacation Part II

After our long hike out, Josh and I stopped for breakfast a Denny's in Kingman! Denny's has never tasted so good! Then it was on the road again; we were headed up through Las Vegas on our why to St. George to stay with Darrell and Penny Farley for a few days!

Here is the new bridge on our way across the Hoover Dam.

Once in Las Vegas, we headed over to Jeff and Venessa Farley's house! They let us get showered up and rest for a bit at their home, THANK YOU JEFF AND VENESSA!!! We got to hang out with Cricker for a bit, then we went out to dinner with Jeff and Venessa and Bryan and Kellie. It was so nice to catch up and get to see the Farley's! (So I forgot to take pictures during our short time there :(

Then it was off to Ma and Pa Farley's (Darrell and Penny). We hung out for a few days there watched movies, plays with Rusty (the Farley's dog), relaxed, went fishing THANK YOU DARRELL (I for once out fished Josh! YAY!), Penny, Penny's Mom, and I was went to see Eclipse in the theater THANK YOU PENNY! It was a blast! We always love visiting the Farley's! I think that has been the thing we do most with our vacation time. :) Then it was back across northern Arizona! we drove through Jacobs Lake and saw some cute little deer. A doe and 2 fawns. If you have driven that way you know how narrow and windy that road is. The mama and 2 babies got separated, but not long after we snapped a few pictures did that make it back across safely.

We continued out journey over to Taylor, Arizona. This area is were most of my family is from and I was so excited to take Josh there to see the Taylor 4th of July celebration. I was so excited and woke everyone up at 3:30 AM to get bundled warm, and jump in the truck. For what you might ask.... (SEE VIDEO AT THE END OF THIS POST FOR THE ANSWER)

Summer Vacation Part 1

So Josh had about a week off before starting back to school this summer; so we made the most of our time and did some fun things together.

First, we spent a couple of days up in Parks, AZ at Gary & Jan's cabin. Tom and Shirley, along with Darrell and Penny Farley, were also up there celebrating Tom's birthday. On Sunday morning we woke up at 3am and headed off to Hualapai Hilltop, were we began our 11 mile hike down to our camping spot in the Havasupai Campgrounds. This was Josh's first time hiking down and I was so excited to share with him why I love this beautiful place so much. I think this was the latest in the year I had ever been and it was really hot! Not to mention that due to the destruction of the vegetation from the flood a few years back it isn't as cool (temperature wise.)

One of the cute trail dogs followed us the entire hike out to the top! It made hiking out much more fun! We left the campground at like 2am (we had no way to tell time), because we didn't want to be hiking too late in the morning.

Fun at the Zoo

I have recently watched Kaden Olsen (family friends) while his parents were out of town. One of the many fun things we did was go to the Wildlife World Zoo with my mom and sisters.

They have an aquarium now. This tank has stingrays and bamboo sharks that you can pet! I was pretty fun and the kids loved it!

This little otter was just scarfing this fish down! They are so cute!

So this was pretty funny and all the kids still talk about it... There is a super cute, fluffy Llama in the petting zoo. Ali was feeding it so that I could get a picture with all the kids and the llama. I took a picture and figured I should get a second one because Alisyn wasn't looking...Here is the second one... while taking the picture I hear a really weird noise and ask the kids, "what was that?" Natilee and Kaden tell me the llama just sneezed. I look at Ali who hasn't said anything yet; her hand is covered in green llama snot! It was classic and disgusting! You can totally tell in the second picture that llama is up to something. We all thought it was pretty funny!

Finally a posting and pictures of our new "toy" as promised... Nope not a puppy, I wish! Its probably not as exciting as most of you thought, but we have been looking for one of these bad boys for awhile now! This our BIG Orange Suburban. 'Crush' (like the soda) or as my sisters like to call it 'The Great Pumpkin.'

Its a 1970, 4X4, three door beast! But it is a lot of fun! I am sure there will be many a night spent working on our new truck!

I also wanted to post the project Tom and Josh, and a few others have been working so hard on! The 1968 Camaro!

OK so its been awhile...

Things, as usual, have been CRAZY for Josh and I! Josh is coming up quickly on his BIG step 1 of the boards. As you can imagine he has been a studying fool. I am currently living with my in-laws, Tom and Shirley, all week and then driving down to Tucson to hang with the hubby. I was offered a job up there by a couple from the ward I grew up in, as since Josh is doing rotations for his 3 & 4 year. I decided to move up earlier. But I figured, while Josh is sleeping in this morning I would post a few things since I am way behind.

During Thanksgiving weekend, Josh went up elk hunting with his dad and their friend Phil. They had a lot of fun...

Getting Ready for Christmas!

This is the first real Christmas tree we have had since being married! Tom got it for us while they were up Elk hunting!

Getting ready for Christmas has worn a lot of people out in the Tieman house! Sweet little Max and Josh crashed out in the living room!

Josh has been doing A LOT of this!!! That is up until last Friday afternoon!

And I've been doing A LOT of this!! Taking on too many projects of course, but still having fun!
Now that Josh is done with finals which we just found out he got a good score on, and I am almost done with my projects... We are ALMOST ready for Christmas!

Fall Break Tucson Adventure!

As promised here is a little more fun post! The medical school accidentally scheduled a fall break for its students and Josh and I decided to make the most of it... We talked about doing a cruise or something, but I had trouble getting time off from work so we decided to do stuff here in Tucson! We had activities planned everyday and had a blast! Tom and Shirley (my in-laws) came down for a couple of days and we got to do a few fun things with them!

Okay, so it has been awhile since I've updated my blog! Lots going on here at the Tieman home, but nothing crazy exciting! Josh is busy, busy with school and helping Tom with the Camaro, getting it ready for the Good Guys Car Show in 2 weekends! So yes we will we running up to Phoenix in an attempt to finish most last minute details on the car! I've been busy trying my hand at crafting and baking, as well as working at Spa One and watching Mike and Mollie's sweet baby, Max! He is such a good boy! So here are a few of my craft projects as of late and I promise to post pictures of our Tucson Adventure over Fall break soon!

I finally made some fall decorations... I didn't have anything before!

Mollie and Jill found this idea and we all made similar center pieces, but yet different because we got the frames and candlestick holders from different thrift stores around Tucson!
This idea was taken from my cousin, Holly's blog! And a special thanks to my mom for the fabric she gave me!
And most recent project was stocking for Josh and I!

WOODSIDE REUNION

We had a BLAST at the Woodside Reunion this year! Josh got home from Utah on Thursday night and we left Friday afternoon to camp for the weekend! Josh and I got up and went fishing a couple times, saw lots of elk, some deer and also wild turkey! We also took all the cousins out fishing for crawdads at Ashurst Lake!

At the raffle Josh and I put in tickets for tons of stuff, but ended up getting the one item we put only one ticket in for... a homemade sandstone and cedar table that my cousin Jeremy Woodside made! It was Natilee's and Ramsay's turn to visit! And we definitely had some adventures...

We went up Mt. Lemmon for a cook out! Look at these cute, dirty faced girls!

We hiked around Rose Canyon Lake... fed ducks, and fished for crayfish!
The girls didn't know what crayfish were and thought this claw was so cool! Nat wanted to keep it, but I told her we would just keep a picture of it instead!

We were out there pretty late!

After the zoo we were going to go see the new Harry Potter... but got in an accident! Luckily no one was seriously injured... they girls were like now we have to post it on facebook and blogs, etc. GREAT! So we missed the showing we had planned on seeing and walked 2 miles to the theatre and back in the middle of the day! Talk about hot and sunburnt! But we had a good time still!
Thanks mom and dad for coming to get them and thank you girls for coming to stay with me! I had a lot of fun! OH and I guess I should say sorry Kendon that it happened in your car! I love you all!

Trip To See My Josh

Last weekend I made a trip up to Utah to hang out with Josh! We had so much fun! It was kind of surreal seeing him at first... It was very strange getting to hug and kiss someone again!
The first night I got there (Thursday) we spent the evening at home. Josh has been living with Heidi and Ryan Allred (one of Josh's mission comps and his wife), but they were gone to the lake! Seriously about 20 min. after I got to their house, we heard the doorbell! It was Kris and Emily Holliday (another comp and wife) from San Diego. They were in town and stopped by to say hi to the Allred's but found us instead! Its was great getting to see them!

The next day Josh surprised my when he showed up with a rental car so we could go have some fun! But first things first, I went to a doctor appointment with him and then grocery shopping. After that we went up to Snowbird, ski resort!
It was so beautiful and green! We did a lot of fun things including... the ski lift, zip-line, mini bobsled slide, and the ski tram which took us up to the top of the mountain! It was gorgeous!
Us up at the top! It was windy and nice a cool up there! After we spent most of the day at Snowbird, Josh took me on a tour! We drove up to the U (university of Utah) where he showed me where most of his research is done and most of his time is spent! He works up at the Hutsman Cancer Center and of course down at the hospital! He has got to do many amazing things such as follow the doctor on clincals, stand in on all different types of intense surgeries and do write ups and drawings for different research projects! He has definately been staying busy! After that we drove his bike ride home! WOW! It was pretty far and a lot of up hill! He rides through beautiful neighborhoods and near the Salt Lake Temple and then up the hill to the capital, those are just a couple of the cool things he gets to see every day! I have to say I was impressed with how difficult the ride looks! Good Job, Babe!
That night Josh and I took Heidi and Allred to see Transformers 2 at the Imax! It was awesome!

On Saturday, we had a BBQ at the Allred's and Jamie, Trevor and Kendra Mattson came to hang out too (yet another mission comp and his family.) Chef Josh grilled steaks and bacon wrapped scallops! It was so good! After some delicious food we went to the lake on Allred's boat!

Sunday we went to church and then just relaxed the rest of the day! I flew out the next morning and now have my sisters with me! Pictures of that later!

I was so glad I got to visit my Josh and can't wait to have him living with me again! We had so much fun together and I am so very proud of him and all the hard work he is doing up there!

Alisyn and Emily just recently came down to stay a few days with me! We had a lot of fun! We walked over to a park near my house one night! Here the girls are in the rose garden!!

We also fed the ducks and fish at the pond! Alisyn was trying to get one close enough to pet...

One night we went to the drive in to see Night at the Museum. Ali totally crashed on the way home!
While I had to work the girls did different craft project (see below, also painted shirt, etc.), they also watched movies, read book from the library and played games!
We also went to Reid Park Zoo!

Later we when up Mt. Lemmon and grilled hamburgers and hotdogs and also made s'mores! Yummy!

Ali spotted a mama duck and her babies so we spent some time sneaking up on them! We also caught some crayfish!

We had a really fun time and got to do many neat things! I am looking forward to the other two coming down to hang out soon, but not until after I get to visit my husband!

Tieman Update

Ok so just a quick note to let you know what we have been up to... As many of you know Josh and I have been looking to downsize and get a mobile home (trailer trash, haha!) No, but it is a great and less expensive option! Do to our limited time and increased stress we have decided to stay in the home we are renting currently and our landlord is great! He is giving us a months rent free!

Josh is leaving in 3 weeks to do research at the University of Utah! He will be up there for almost 2 months :( I am going to get a go visit him once, but most the time will be hanging in Tucson working and having my sisters visit!

Anyway, besides that Josh is still doing great in school (he still has about 3 weeks left in his 1st year, YEAH!!) I am still working at Spa One doing facials and waxing! So we are keeping busy and doing well!

About a week ago Josh and I, along with our good friends, Mike and Molly, Tank and Jill and little Nixon, all went out for a hike and a picnic for Family Home Evening! It was so much fun! We took a few pictures, but the weather was perfect and I can't wait to do it again, before its way too HOT!!Hiking in we spotted a few deer on the side of the trail! They weren't even afraid, they just watched us and they were so close!

Ok, I know its been a long time since my last post and thanks to an "anonymous someone" we just got a new camera! THANKS! I have had some requests for picture of the inside of our house so here it is, some quick snap-shot... THE GRAND TOUR!

This is our living room/dining room! The chairs, couch, coffee table and rug were left here by the owner for us to use! Its a nice place to entertain company!

Adventures in GUATEMALA!!

Many of you know that Josh and I, along with our friends, Jex and Aubrey, spent this Christmas and New Years in Guatemala! (Both Josh and Jex served their missions there about 6 years ago! WOW!) So here it is... my account of the CRAZY FUN adventures we had there!!

We flew out of Phoenix Wednesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) at about 12:30pm ish. We had to switch planes in Dallas, Texas and from there flew the rest of the way to Guatemala City; making it there by 8:30pm! Josh had set up a rental truck earlier, but they called us on the 23rd to tell us that they would be closing early for Christmas Eve, so he made a few phone calls and talked to a guy for about 2 minutes the night before we left, that said he would be there to pick us up. Needless to say we were a little worried about this turning out smoothly, but there he was with his big sign "JOSE TIEMAN." After getting everything with the rental truck squared away, off we were, planning to drive all night to Tikal! Aubrey and I tried to sleep in the truck as much as possible. I was definitely in and out of it all night! At about 3am I could hear the guys talking about turning around. That really caught my attention so I sat up to listen... we were running out of gas and there had been no gas stations open. Now Christmas Eve in Guatemala everyone stays up really late and gets wasted, so it the little village we were driving through there were drunk dudes all along the road! SCARY! Jex had seen a gas station just a little ways back on the road. So we turned around... No numbers on the sign.... It was still being built or worked on... we drive back farther. A gas station with numbers...but the lights are all off. The house next door has people coming in and out of it! Jex and Josh go talk to them. They own the gas station, but don't want to open it right now, they open at 9am and are totally drunk. Don't want to try and camp out here. We drive back farther... right passed a completely dark gas station and across a bridge. I see a Shell sign, 24HRS. Pull up, drunk guys there, they don't open until 9am. Back to the dark gas station... seems like the safest place to wait out the night! As we pull up I see a guy standing under a porch... he turns... he has a BIG gun! I am totally freaking out, Josh rolls down his window to talk to him! He is the gas station security guard, says they don't open until 8am but we can sleep there if we want! We pull our huge packs in the truck. Aubrey and I try to lay our heads across the bags. We are all sweating, but I am too freaked out to roll my window down more than a crack! We rest from about 4am to 6:20am, the security guard has been bump total mexican music all night... well morning technically. We get out of the truck to stretch and get some air!

Luckily, the owner came about 30minutes early so we were on the road by 7:30am. We drove to a beatuiful town called Flores and got a hotel for that night, but we didn't stop to rest; we were on the road again in no time, headed the rest of the way to Tikal!

They think that Tikal was probably the city of Zarahemla or the city of Bountiful! VERY COOL!!

Josh and I on the ceremonially ruins. Its cool everything is in layers of three. On these ruins, the first level has a flat platform, big enough that many people could stand or sit and in the middle is a hole about 6 feet long, 4-5 feet wide and about 4-5 feet deep with stairs leading into it! What could it be... possibly a baptismal font.

After staying the night in Flores we headed back down to the Polochic Valley! This is where Josh and Jex served most of their missions and also were they learned Kekchi (a Mayan language)! We passed through El Estor and then headed up to Sepamac. It was so amazing, so beautiful! Josh served in Sepamac for quite a long time and we went to see his buddy Felipe and his wife! They are so short! I felt like a GAINT! Felipe is the Kekchi Robert Duvall, but it was neat to get to visit their home and spend sometime with them! In Sepamac they have no electricity no running water, just little huts! The first thing you saw when you walked into there dirt floor hut was a big picture of Gordon B. Hinckley! I thought that was just awesome!

From there we went down to Teleman and stayed with some members there, Carlos and Noemi! Noemi made us some awesome food!! The first real food we had eaten since we left the states! They were so nice! We also got to talk to the elders serving in the area at that time! It was so funny to hear all the stories they had heard about all the guys and they also brought down the book that a bunch of the missionaries had started just before Josh and Jex had left, so they are like the second and third pictures in there!

From Teleman we headed up to Senahu! So Pretty! This was one of my favorite places! Josh and Jex both served here for a long time! We got to meet a bunch of wonderful people! Saturday night we got to attend a baptism for a family!

Sunday morning Josh and I woke up early and got to see the fog roll through town! It was so BEAUTIFUL!

It was seriously... WOW!
We got up and went to church! The branch president got up to start the meeting! He told everyone the hymn we would be singing and then that Josh would be directing! News to us all, but Josh did great! After sacrament, he got up again and announced that after the speakers, "the girls who came from far away will speak and the former elders will translate." Of course Aubrey and I didn't know what he said, so when Josh told us we didn't know if he was teasing or what. But we both got up and shared our testimonies! It was so cool! It always shocks me how even though I live in such a different place and a different manner than they do, the gospel and basic stucture is always the same! It was fun too because they haven't seen that many blonde people so everyone was freaking out about my hair!

As we were leaving town I snapped this picture! A mother and 2 children! That right the bundle over her shoulder is a baby! Most of the women actually do this but carry the baby by wrapping the clothe around their foreheads! They are some tough chicks!!

Ok so that road we went on was really bad... I thought the truck was going to have some serious damage, but thankfully we made it through! And after I took some pictures of the pretty scenery. The guys had never been out that far and I am sure that we were the some of the only white people those remote villages had seen.

After we got back on a decent road we made great time through Carcha and Coban, to Chamelco were we stayed another night at one of Carlos and Noemi's homes. We met their son and a bunch of pizza that night. On our way in I took a picture of this lady carrying corn dough or something on her head! They walk to gracefully, like its nothing to carry that huge thing on their heads!
Next day we headed off to Atitlan!

Unforunately this is also when my camera decided to stop working, (that is why its so blurry) so the rest of our pictures we took on Jex and Aubrey and I don't have those yet! But on our way back to the capital we stopped at Antigua... it was the old capital of Guatemala, but was destroyed 500 years ago by a volcano! It was beautiful! We went to a Jade shop and check out a beautiful 500 year old convent that is now a 5 star hotel!
We stayed New Year's Eve in Guatemala City and then jumped on a plane home on New Year's Day! We had a blast and I am so glad we had the oppurtunity to go!!

Just thought I would post an update of what us Tieman’s have been up to lately…it’s been awhile since I posted anything! First off, Josh is loving school and doing AWESOME!! He will be taking his neurology block final in 2 weeks and has been studying hard! I know he will do great!
Me, I am all over the place, literally! I recently took a temp job as a Medical Records Technician for a company based out of L.A. called The Coding Source! Basically, I travel all over Arizona, going to different doctor’s offices, hauling my GIGANTIC scanner case and my laptop, and I scan patient charts; which are then send off to Medical Coders, who…code them and send them off to the insurance people! Sounds dull, I know, but I actually really enjoy it! I just wish I didn’t have to be away from my Josh so much! But for now it’s money!
I am actually in Flagstaff right now! And last week was in Prescott! So I get to spend time in some BEAUTIFUL places! (I have pictures to post, but that will have to wait until I get the chance to go home!)
We are going to be having Thanksgiving up at Jan and Gary’s Cabin in Parks; so it works out nicely that I don’t have to drive to far on a crazy holiday weekend! Also Friday, marks the start of Elk season for me, so hopefully I will have some COOL pictures to post after that! I can’t wait!! Well that is it for now! We are busy, busy, but loving life!

Life in Tucson

Josh & I have now been Tucson residents for about 3 months!! I have to say that I think we both like it A LOT more than we thought we would! It is so beautiful down here!! And its nice to have a little more of a small town feel! We have got to do quite a few things in the short time we have been here and have experienced many new things... One of those was real rain storms! For the first few month or so that we lived here it rained almost every day! We loved it! Tucson has some of the most beautiful & bright thunderstorms I have seen! I have also got the chance to try out EVAP! I thought I was going to die our first few weeks, because it was so humid (evap doesn't work that well with a ton of moisture in the air) and it turned out that the pads in the cooler had never been changed! Luckily when Tom & Shirley came down they helped change out the pads; which looked like a huge block, because of all the build up! It seriously got so much cooler after that! And speaking of cooler I think we are going to have a much COLDER winter than we are used to because it has been Phoenix winter weather down here recently!! BRRR... I am such a wimp!!

We have also had some interesting bugs! One morning driving Josh to school I saw this leaf slowly blowing across the hood of the car, but with a closer look we realized it wasn't a leaf at all but a bug that looked EXACTLY like a leaf! So cool! A few days ago when we got home we found this outside our door!
A praying mantis! I have only seen these a few times and definately not in Phoenix! They are so crazy lookin'!

We have a great ward down here and Josh also has some good LDS buddies from his class! It is so nice to go anywhere in the world and have an instant family and people who care about you! One of the couples in our ward are a big part of the Prop 102 movement down here in Tucson! I have wanted a sign so bad and just got one yesterday for the yard!
Down here EVERYONE seems so liberal! I sometimes get very frustrated and discouraged, so being one of the few signs that say YES on 102 makes me so excited... I just had to take a picture!! Anyway! Things are great! Josh is keeping busy with school! And I will be working soon! HURRAY!!

Natilee's Baptism

Jex, Aubrey, Josh, and I are all going to be in Guatemala for Christmas!! We are so excited!! This happened back in July, but thought I would post it since most of you don't know this funny little story! Josh and I moved to Tucson in July because, Josh started medical school at the U of A. Before he had to start classes we wanted to have a get together with some close friends and family at his parents house...

Well Jex, Aubrey and I had already planned this trip and I was going to surprise Josh with the news on his birthday; instead I decided it would be better to do it in front of everyone at the party! BUT I knew that wouldn't be enough!You see, my Josh loves to tease me and tickle me and because he is much bigger than me I can't ever get even, but I am always telling him, "Someday I will get you back." This was my chance!

I had my annual Gyno appointment a few days before the party and Josh had kept on asking me if I had gotten more birth control! To his dismay I kept on avoiding the question and never gave him a straight answer! The night of the party rolls around and there are about 30+ people there... PERFECT! I tell everyone one that I have something to give to Josh and gather everyone in the kitchen area!

I was so nervous and didn't know if I could pull it off because I am really bad at this type of stuff, but I said, "Josh has been asking me a question all week long and I haven't given him a real answer. So Josh if after you open this gift I have for you, you still have any questions for me I will answer them."

I handed him a box wrapped in baby wrapping paper with a card on top! I thought Josh was going to pass out or throw up (he looked so pale), but I told him to just open it and read the card first...

He pulls out a card in the shape of a baby outfit! All I wrote inside was, "I hope you are as excited as I am!"

Swaying just a bit, he reluctantly opens the box and kinda just stared at it for awhile!

I asked him, "What is it?"

And with his cute Josh face he asked, "We're going to Guatemala?"

The rest of the story I think you can figure out by the pictures! I whispered in his ear while he was hugging me, "See I told you I would get you back!" "You really did get me."
I am still not sure if those were tears of excitement/joy or tears of relief, but either way seeing how happy he was made it all worth it!
